The EPC9107 Evaluation Board is a DC/DC and AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS for a wide variety of power management applications. It is a fully customizable SMPS board, allowing the user to configure the board to meet a variety of design requirements. The board is particularly well suited for rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept projects. The board is designed to support a variety of topologies, from buck-boost to flyback, allowing designers to experiment with different power management solutions for their project.
The EPC9107 Evaluation Board utilizes a proprietary control technology, EPCA-IPT (EPC Advanced Intelligent Power Technology), which enables designers to quickly and easily create a fully customized Power Management System. This technology provides the designer with a comprehensive suite of tools and features, such as: improved power efficiency, lower operating costs, over current protection, adjustable current limits, programmable turn-on & turn-off levels, adjustable voltage/current levels, selectable start-up & shutdown times, integrated PWM control, and more.

The board also features an Arduino library to program the board, allowing developers to adjust the board’s operation parameters and test the design on the fly.
