ESD7383NCTBG is a bidirectional TVS Diode that uses a Zener voltage clamping technique. This technique clamps destructive surges to a safe level and redirects them to ground with minimal additional power dissipation. When the input voltage exceeds the Zener voltage clamping level, the Zener diode becomes forward-biased and conducts, while the ESD7383NCTBG will switch to the active region. This allows for the voltage to be clamped to a safe level.

ESD7383NCTBG provides electrostatic protection for data lines (EIA/TIA-422B, 568A/B, and low voltage signals such as I2C bus, Video, and Lan cables).
