The EZ80F91GAZ0BEG is a 32-bit embedded microcontroller from Zilog. This microcontroller combines a dual-core CPU to provide high performance at low power consumption and a single-cycle eXtreme Low-Power (XLP) mode to offer a very low power consumption when running at low frequencies. It also offers high-speed USB 2.0 high-speed communication, faster memory access and data throughput, and integrated memory protection. This microcontroller has a wide range of applications in industrial, automotive, medical and consumer applications.
