FAN5090MTCX Application Field and Working Principle
The FAN5090MTCX is a step-down DC-to-DC current mode synchronous buck converter that provides up to 8A of output current. It is available in an 8-pin mini thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP-8L) and requires only a 3.3V input voltage. It features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 35V, and a wide output voltage range of 0.8V to 1V. The FAN5090MTCX also offers current-mode control and programmable soft-start.
