The FOD3150SDV Isolator-Gate Drivers provide optically-isolated control of IGBTs, MOSFETs, and other gate-controlled switches. These two-channel devices are designed to maximize the performance of IGBT or MOSFET inverters, allowing higher switching frequency and higher pulse repetition rates without damaging the device.
