FOD3120TV is an isolator that acts as a gate driver. It is used to convert the low voltage and low current signals from a variety of integrated circuits and microprocessors to high voltage and current signals for driving power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and other high current gate loads. The device has a 3.3V supply voltage and can deliver up to 120mA of current. It is also designed to dissipate static, dV/dt, and EMI noise from external sources, providing improved noise immunity.FOD3120TV has a wide range of applications in motor control, medical imaging, LED drivers, power supplies, RF power amplifier control, and other high power applications. It helps to reduce device cost, board size, and complexity by combining several isolated driver functions into a single device.
