Optoisolators - Triac, SCR OutputFODM3053V is a opto-isolator module that allow AC signals to point control within its isolation for the purpose of circuit isolation, surge protection, and noise immunity. This opto-isolator modules are widely used in the industrial control and automation system. This module is designed to provide isolation of up to 2.5KVrms between the AC input side and output side, with an isolation distance greater than 5mm between two components. The FODM3053V integrated optoisolator serves a wide range of AC signal coupled two face controlling with dimmer AC load. It isolates input and output between AC and DC, and its output is an SCR. The module is intended to switch AC load in a couple of interval period. It also has built-in circuit for temperature compensation which ensures that the output is stable across a broad range of temperatures. The FODM3053V optoisolator is popular in applications such as lighting control, motor control, AC motor safety system, temperature controlling system, automation circuit, and speed controlling, among others, due to its superior performance. It also has a low stand-by power consumption, a wide temperature range, and a high sensitivity light transition rate. The basic principle of the FODM3053V opto-isolator is to convert a control input into light signal which is then transmitted across an insulation medium and converted back into an electrical signal on the output side. The control input can be a current, voltage, or other type of signal. The opto-isolator generates a voltage across the primary winding of the transformer when it receives the light signal. The generated voltage is then sent to an SCR which then controls the power output according to the predetermined conditions. The FODM3053V optoisolator has two types of isolation: between the primary and secondary side, and between the secondary side and the load. It offers protection from shock and eliminates any possibility of noise interference from the primary circuit. The module also offers a high degree of galvanic isolation, which makes it suitable for applications with varying requirements for galvanic isolation. The FODM3053V optoisolator has an impressive response time of less than 1ms, ensuring fast and accurate switching of the load. The module is also capable of handling up to 80V AC in its DC load.
