GIB1402HME3/81 rectifier is equipped with axial P.C. board and low V.F. These features make it suitable for all general-purpose diode applications and ideal for the designs of TO-220, power and switching packages. Temperature range of operation extends from -40℃ to +125℃.

Working Principle
When the anode is more negative by one diode forward voltage drop than the cathode, that diode turns-on, allowing current to flow.
