  • GKN71/14 are components of the diodes-rectifiers-single type. They are a set of Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diodes, part of the diode product range of Shindengen, the largest leading supplier of rectifier diodes in Japan. GKN71/14 is generally used in switching applications, and it is particularly useful for PFC pre-regulator application in electronic power control systems.
