A GP25M-E3/54 is a type of diode rectifier that is commonly used in power converters and other electrical engineering applications. The GP25M-E3/54 is built with a glass passivated junction, meaning that it uses a glass material to create a barrier between different parts of the diode to increase performance and reduce electrical interference.
