The H11C5300W optoisolator is a Triac, SCR Output device specifically designed for use in AC-Top applications. This optoisolator has a high-power galvanic isolation between a signal input and output, up to a voltage of 3000V and a data rate of 200kbps.

The H11C5300W utilizes a light-emitting diode (LED) to receive an input signal and a solid-state optically coupled Triac to provide an output signal. The LED in the device has a frequency response up to 20MHz, making it suitable for use in many applications including industrial power switching, appliance switching applications, and more. The device is also designed to provide a high endurance of up to 10 million cycles. The package size is just 9.3 x 7.5 x 4.8mm, making it a space saving solution for any application.

The working principle of the H11C5300W is quite simple. When the control input is activated, the LED is illuminated, which triggers the optical response of the triac. This in turn causes the triac to become conductive, and the output load is fed with power. When the input is deactivated, the LED turns off and the triac becomes nonconductive, thus shutting off the power to the output load.
