Optoisolators, also known as optocouplers, are an important device for data transmission, providing electrical isolation between two circuits. Specifically, Logic Output Optoisolators are used to transfer logic-level signals between circuits without relying on a direct electrical connection, using a LED and optically responsive device to form an isolation barrier between the circuits.
