Optoisolators encompass a wide range of products, from the simple LED-diode assemblies common in consumer electronics, to highly complex integrated devices used in mission-critical equipment. H11L3FM is a device belonging to the ‘Logic Output’ type of optoisolator, and its use extends far beyond consumer electronics. The H11L3FM is a standard optoisolator flip chip component, consisting of an input chip and an output chip. The output element can handle currents up to 100mA, and is rated up to 100VAC/DC.
