Working Principle of HAL1506 UA
HAL1506 UA is specialized in detecting motion and movement. In general, it uses the Hall Effect principle to measure the speed or direction of a moving object. The hall effect switch consists of numerous small magnets along a circuit board. The magnitude of magnets varies with the type of application. When a moving object passes near the magnets, a voltage ((VHE)) is generated in proportion to the magnetic flux density (B), velocity (V), and constant (K). The ratio VHE/B is referred to as Hall coefficient. The hall coefficient is further affected by temperature, which can in turn affect the signals output of the switch. It is designed with temperature compensation feature to take temperature’s effect into consideration, so that it can maintain its accuracy and consistency.
