HMC680LP4E is an integrated low noise amplifier (LNA) module developed by Analog Devices. It is based on the advanced InGaP/GaAs HBT (heterojunction bipolar transistor) technology for use in radio frequency (RF) applications. This module has excellent broadband performance up to 4 GHz and is commonly used in the wireless communication systems such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, WiMAX, and Bluetooth.
