The ICL7663AEPA+ is a voltage regulator integrated circuit (IC) produced by Intersil. The ICL7663AEPA+ is part of the company’s family of low dropout (LDO) linear regulators, and is designed to provide an accuracy of ±1% output voltage regulation over the specified temperature range. The circuit also incorporates thermal shutdown protection, reverse-current protection, and two low-power shutdown modes.
