Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output
The ILD620-X009T is a wide range optoisolator bridge specially designed for fast switching transient response. It is a photovoltaic-transistor output device package with three transfer characteristics.
The ILD620-X009T optoisolator is an isolation bridge, which is used to prevent transmission of electric noise and interference across electrical circuits by providing a physical boundary between the two sides.
