It is ideal for energy efficiency and cost reduction when used as part of a phased-in power converter design.The INN3266C-H207-TL features an integrated single-isolated transformer design, which allows for higher power efficiency, improved power density and a reduced parts count. The integrated transformer packaging also helps reduce the impacts of electromagnetic interference (EMI), enabling better EMI compliant designs. The INN3266C-H207-TL is protected against input and output over-voltage, over-current, and under-voltage conditions, over-temperature, and thermal shutoff.The working principle of the INN3266C-H207-TL is based on a simple forward-mode single-transistor switching topology. The circuit enables energy-efficiency yet reliable high-voltage conversion between a line voltage and the isolated low-voltage supply. The high-frequency switching nature of the topology helps to minimize the size of passive components such as filter chokes, transformers and other components, while still providing steady, efficient and cost-effective energy conversion. The device contains two power components, input power MOSFET and output rectifier. The input power MOSFET switches to provide fast start and stop of the power transformer, while the output rectifier recovers inductor current and feeds the output voltage.The INN3266C-H207-TL has a wide range of applications such as industrial, office, home and appliances, white and brown goods and audio equipment. It can be used for a wide variety of AC-DC power conversion applications such as LED lighting, air conditioner, refrigerators and washing machine, for example.The device is also suitable for high-voltage and low-voltage offline switcher applications such as in UPS systems, lighting, adapter, chargers and inverters, among others.
