INN3672C-H601-TL is a current mode offline AC/DC converter integrating an advanced 2-channel MOSFET. It’s an economical power-supply component dedicated to reduce system cost and enhance system reliability.

Working Principle

INN3672C-H601-TL offline switcher features an adjustable peak current of 500mA and utilizes a novel average current mode control scheme to obtain output accuracy. The current mode control scheme powers two internal channels MOSFETs correspondingly. It helps to reduce multiple current loops, incurs no additional losses. The peak current is adjustable from 200mA to 500mA by two external components.

The integrated line regulation and load regulation are guaranteed from 50% to 110% load. It features an integrated Soft-Start and an adjustable soft-off for an improved system reliability. It adopts a temperature compensation design for better thermal performance. The device also includes an output port OCP circuit to provide over current protection. In addition, the device is capable of operating up to 100kHz switching frequency, up to 86.9% power conversion efficiency, up to 85VAC input voltage rating and up to 45W output power.
