Pressure Sensors, Transducers -- IPT0001D33R application field and working principle
IPT0001D33R (Integrated pressure transducer) is an air pressure sensing device that meets the requirements of industrial grade applications and uses an all-in-one pressure sensing technology. Its application field mainly refers to Industrial Automation, Factory Automation, Field Automation, Automotive industry, Home appliance, Medical equipment, Aerospace and so on. The working principle of IPT0001D33R is based on the Wheatstone Bridge, which is an electrical circuit commonly used to measure the resistance of an object. This circuit comprises four resistors of equal value arranged in a diamond configuration. When a uniform pressure is applied to the pressure sensor, a bridge balance occurs that causes a change in voltage between two junctions on the bridge, which can then be measured by a microprocessor and the pressure value determined accordingly. By measuring the variation of the output voltage from the Wheatstone Bridge, the IPT0001D33R pressure transducer is able to accurately detect, monitor and determine absolute pressure, gauge pressure, atmospheric pressure, differential, static and even altitude. It has the advantages of a wide range of pressure measurement range, a wide accuracy range of -25˚C to +90˚C operating temperature, high resolution, low endurance and low distortion which makes it reliable and dependable pressure transducer. With a power supply range of 4 - 10V, the IPT0001D33R can easily be connected to most types of measurement systems and has a physical response time of 0.2 to 1.0 milliseconds. The device also includes an analog insulation protection voltage up to 350V, as well as a noise level of less than 20mv. Furthermore, the IPT0001D33R is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) certified and thus is free of lead and other hazardous materials. Because of its enclosed design, the IPT0001D33R is dustproof, moisture resistant, and is suitable to be applied to harsh and corrosive environment. In addition, the pressure transducer is conditioned and generated by a sophisticated ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) which ensures excellent results even without sophisticated background support system. The IPT0001D33R is a sophisticated and useful pressure transducer with its wide range of applications, fast response time, high accuracy, low noise, and RoHS certification.
