The IRKE56/14A is a single phase, full wave, low drop bridge rectifier from Infineon Technologies. It is designed for applications where power loss must be kept to a minimum and maximum reliability is a must. This bridge rectifier uses a unique, patented design that allows it to provide up to 97% efficiency in rectifying AC power to direct current (DC).
