IRS2001SPBF is the first integrated Gate Driver with 2 A peak current from International Rectifier (IR). The device features a wide selection of Input delay range and Rise/Fall times, ideal for power interface applications requiring fast Over Current Protection (OCP) or Circuit Breakers. IR\'s IRS2001SPBF is integrated into one chip, which reduces board space and low current consumption, providing maximum reliability and efficiency.

Application Field

IR\'s IRS2001SPBF can be applied to a variety of application areas such as Lighting, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Automotive, Battery Management and IoT. The device can provide simple but powerful Over Current Protection (OCP) in a variety of application areas.

Working Principle

IR\'s IRS2001SPBF works by providing high precision current regulation and protection. The device also has an integrated driver which is capable of driving up to 2A peak current from 16V.

The device uses an on-chip OTP for configuration, which offers high-precision current setting with up to 1024 steps. This allows customers to adapt the current limit to their specific application requirements.
