. IRFs21531DPBF is a Gate Driver produced by International Rectifier (IRF). It is a discrete device that is designed to drive the gate of a power MOSFET or IGBT quickly and reliably. This device offers high speed switching, low on-resistance, low power consumption, and flexibility when driving various power transistors. With a maximum output current of 4.5A and high switching frequency, this driver is ideal for use in high switching frequency power motor drives and in motor control applications.
The IRFs21531DPBF consists of a high-power driving FET, a control circuit and a current-limit circuit. The driving FET is placed between the logic input, gate and source of the power device. The drain of the driving FET is connected to the input logic.
