IS25CQ032-JFLE-TR is a family of Quad SPI Serial Flash Memories with extended voltage and temperature range, the Quad SPI operates at higher data transfer rates than the traditional Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) memory. IS25CQ032-JFLE-TR working principle
IS25CQ032-JFLE-TR memory works under the Quad SPI protocol, which uses clock and four communication lines to interact between flash memory and the host system. In Quad SPI protocol, the Write Enable (WE#) signal on the Quad I/O bus is used to activate the write cycle. The chip select (CS#) signal can be driven low to select the device and then the I/O signals are used to select the read/write operation. The address and data are then transferred serially on the fourth I/O line (DI/O line) while the clock signal is provided on the first I/O line (SCLK). The operation is performed under the control of the Instruction set. The following is a quick overview of the working principle of Quad SPI.
