The IS25WP064A-JMLE-TR memory device is a non-volatile Serial SPI Flash memory designed for modern electronic devices. It provides higher storage density, improved interface compatibility compared to other Serial SPI Flash memory solutions.

The device features a 4M bit capacity organized as 2048 sectors with 262,144 bytes in each sector, 4 bytes addressable and a 4-bit write times. In addition to its maximum read frequency of 104MHz, the IS25WP064A-JMLE-TR has both extended temperature range options (-40°C to 125°C) and extended voltage ranges (1.7V to 3.6V).

The IS25WP064A-JMLE-TR memory device supports three modes of operation; byte, sector, and chip erase. It is possible to perform byte and sector erasing operations. The Sector erase command is provided to erase the contents of sectors from the device. The chip erase command wipes out the entire non-volatile memory contents.

The device also features an ultra-low power mode with the device entering an ultra-low leakage power-down mode to minimize the operating power during data retention. The IS25WP064A-JMLE-TR also supports an Erase Suspend/Erase Resume feature, allowing data in other sectors to remain unaffected during a sector erase operation. This feature is particularly important for applications that require nonstop availability of data even during erase operations.

The IS25WP064A-JMLE-TR memory device offers a full suite of advanced features to enable the most demanding applications. The industry’s first flexible Sector Protect provides added security by ensuring players are authenticated only with the correct individual sector\'s content. It also supports a range of write protect and crystal oscillator flexibility, allowing the device to operate at 1.8 to 3.6 voltage range and supports both 1-bit and 2-bit ECC.
