ISL5123IH-T is a high-speed, analog switch that functions as a single pole, double throw (SPDT) transfer switch, making it an important part of interface components. The ISL5123IH-T is specifically designed for switching very low current signals and can be used in various industrial and consumer products. The working principle of the ISL5123IH-T is based on two transistors and a logic level input. It has two separate ultra-low-on-resistance MOSFETs, each having its own low voltage control and a high speed control. The integrated circuit is also capable of very fast dynamic switching, making it suitable for handling highspeed digital and analog signals. In addition, its capacitance is relatively small making it more efficient than other analog switches which have small treshold voltage and/or large input current.
The ISL5123IH-T has two separate switch banks, enabling two channels of operation. When the logic level input is enabled, the low voltage control will activate the MOSFETs to route the signal from one channel to the other.
