The ISL6327CRZ is a non-synchronous Buck Controller for both synchronous and non-synchronous buck applications. This component contains a current mode PWM control core and a slew rate controlled Gate Driver. The ISL6327CRZ device can be used for voltage down (buck) conversion or in combination with external power FETs and current sense resistors for high current load applications in DC/DC buck regulators. This voltage regulator forms part of the Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) family of products.

The ISL6327CRZ is well-suited for use in power supplies where tight output voltage regulation is required along with the low-noise, small size and high efficiency of a switch mode power supply.
