The ISL8016IR15Z is a synchronous, step-down DC-DC converter designed for general purpose, low noise and low power applications. This device integrates a 650mA low side switch and a 250mA high side switch to produce a highly efficient and voltage-controlled, low noise, step-down output voltage ranging from 0.6V to 13.2V.

Typically, the ISL8016IR15Z can operate as a buck converter with a fixed output voltage from 0.6V to 13.2V, or as a buck-boost converter with a wide adjustable output voltage ranging from 0.6V to 18V. Soft start current and output voltage reporting capability allows for increased accuracy and improved surge current performance.
