ISL8278MAIRZ-T1

The ISL8278MAIRZ-T1 is a high performance dual output isolated DC-DC converter designed for powering high performance ASIC logic, FPGAs and DSPs. This device not only offers power efficiency, but also highly reliable and concentrated performance. It has been designed to effectively drive a wide variety of electronic subsystems.

The ISL8278MAIRZ-T1 is equipped with two independent channels which have the capability to operate at a maximum of 9.6A for each channel. Each channel is capable to guarantee a constant output voltage of up to 1.2V, while only consuming a total of 3W of power. The high power efficiency is owed to the device\'s switch-mode topology and the use of four linear regulators—2 for each channel—which enable it to reach maximum levels of power efficiency.
