The ISL97801ARZ is a compact, low profile, one-cell Li-Ion/Lithium Polymer linear charger with Predictive Charge Status Management (PCSM) that are used for powering high-efficiency LEDs. The device includes over and under voltage protection for enhanced reliability and extended longevity. It can also support a high-efficiency, low jitter charge current of up to 2A and a constant current power conversion up to 1.5A.

The ISL97801ARZ is a LED driver that is designed to provide a switching mode of operation, offering inputs from 0.25V up to 0.75V. It uses a low PWM frequency and includes over-temperature protection for improved reliability. The device supports up to 3 current ranges for different LED types, allowing users to match their circuit to the current requirements of their LED safely.
