As with the DIACs, the SIDACs are connected in parallel with the K2400GAP and used for more precise control of the SCR\'s switching on and off. The SIDACs are designed to act like a miniature SCR, allowing them to provide the same control that a traditional SCR can provide, but at a much lower cost.

The K2400GAP is an ideal choice for automotive applications. It is designed to provide the same level of control as traditional thyristors, but at a much lower cost. It is also much more efficient than traditional thyristors and is able to maintain switching frequencies over a wide range of temperatures.
