The KA78L24AZTA is a low dropout, three-terminal positive voltage regulator device with a maximum thermal resistance of 12degreesC/W, which is ideal for applications that require ultra-low noise, low power consumption and high reliability in a tiny SOT23-3 package. This device features an equivalent series resistance of merely 0.2ohms and an output voltage of 1.2V, 2.5V and 3.3V.
