The LAN9354/ML is a low-power, single-chip, Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) controller and transistor/MOSFET output switch, suitable for a variety of embedded applications. It is an interface-controller, featuring an IEEE 802.3af compliant power supply controller and four integrated low-side MOSFETs with two System Event output pins.
