LAN9353I/PT is an integrated three-port managed Ethernet switch controller that provides a minimum system cost, flexible system configuration and intelligent traffic management for cost-sensitive, space-constrained applications which require high levels of integration, low latency and robust Ethernet connectivity.

The LAN9353I/PT features an integrated three-port 10/100 Ethernet switch with advanced packet-handling features. It provides a full-duplex managed switch with up to 3.2 Gbps of non-blocking throughput. Additionally, the LAN9353I/PT supports bridge, routing, and Quality of Service (QoS) features.

The switch controller is managed by an embedded ARM Cortex-M0 microcontroller and supports an extensive set of capabilities including requirements-based filtering. The switch controller provides up to 48 packet-handling rules per port as well as flow-based rate control, filtering, and QoS. It also supports port-based VLANs and 802.1Q-based tagging.

In addition, the switch controller supports Jumbo Frames and an extensive set of management features, including port mirroring and link aggregation. It also supports 802.3x flow control, Pause frames and MDI-X auto-crossover.
