The LFEBS12UB is an embedded evaluation board and a powerful tool that is designed to help engineers to explore and evaluate the capabilities of the STM32F412 (Cortex-M4 core) microcontroller and other peripherals. This evaluation board provides features such as a standard 2-wire interface, up to 32-bit data bus support, and a wide range of analog capabilities, allowing engineers to develop and test advanced applications.

The evaluation board is based on the STM32F412 microcontroller, featuring eight general-purpose Input/Output (GPIO) ports that can be configured for input or output based on the application requirements. Each GPIO port can be set to be either an Analogue port or a Digital port using the on-board Multi-purpose pins. Additionally, the evaluation board also incorporates two on-board Push Button switches. The Push Button switches are connected to the GPIO pins and can be programmed as interrupts or as user-defined inputs.

The LFEBS12UB also provides an onboard Sensor Interface Module (SIM) and rich peripheral arsenal. The rich set of on-board peripheral modules includes Ethernet, USART, CANbus, I2C, SPI, ADC, SD card interface, LCD display, PWM, DAC, quad-SPI Flash, and Timers.
