Aluminum electrolytic capacitors consist of an anode in the form of an aluminum foil having electrolytic (dissolved) oxide layer, separator, an aluminum film covering non-electrolytic part of anode, and cathode in the form of aluminum foil with insulating covering. LGY2A102MELA30 is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a standard radial lead and 105C rated temperature. It has a capacitance rating of 2.2 μF and a rated voltage of 16 VDC.
