The working principle of the LH1530F3 is divided into two parts: control circuit and protection circuit. The control circuit is mainly used for the control of the motor, which can realize the adjustment of the speed and torque of the motor through the input of the pulse signal or the analog voltage; the protection circuit is mainly used for the overheating alarm or emergency shutdown protection of the electric heating element.The control circuit of the LH1530F3 uses a variable frequency governor circuit with three current regulators connected in series to convert the input pulse signal or analog voltage signal into a three-phase sinusoidal output adjustable frequency square wave to realize motor speed and/or torque adjustment. The protection circuit is mainly composed of a comparator circuit that receives an input signal of electric heating element temperature.
