The LM20123MHX/NOPB is a family of adjustable and current mode buck DC-DC switching regulators from Texas Instruments. These products provide improved power efficiency, low noise output, wide input voltage range, and excellent load and line regulation.

LM20123MHX/NOPB is part of the cost-effective highly integrated SMARTMOS™ family of buck DC-DC switching regulators. With an integrated low-side MOSFET and bootstrap diode, the device can operate from an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 24 V and provide a regulated output voltage with a maximum output current of 4 A over a wide input voltage range. The device can achieve up to 91% efficiency under light loads and 92% efficiency at moderate loads making it suitable for portable and low-powered systems.
