The LM20146MH/NOPB is an integrated, medium-voltage, synchronous step-down switching regulator, ideal for a wide range of general purpose and industrial applications. Featuring on-board MOSFET technology and a 4.5V to 50V operating range, the LM20146MH/NOPB offers efficient, current-mode control, adjustable operating frequency, and excellent line and load regulation.
