It features integrated low RDS(on) MOSFETs, wide input voltage range from 4V to 22V, 2.5A continuous current output and adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 7V.</p><p>The LM22673TJE-ADJ/NOPB is part of the Texas Instruments Simple Switcher family of devices, which offers a straightforward solution for board space and cost sensitive applications. The device includes a wide range of features which enable very efficient, low-noise, low-power and low-cost designs.</p><p><strong>Application field</strong></p><p>The LM22673TJE-ADJ/NOPB is suitable for various applications, including industrial, telecom and automotive systems.
