LM22674QMR-ADJ/NOPB is a highly integrated switching regulator controller integrated with a power MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor). It is part of the Texas Instruments Power Management and Signal Path (PMSP) family, under the Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators classification. The LM22674QMR-ADJ/NOPB is designed to convert a positive or negative input voltage to a regulated positive or negative output voltage.
