The LM6134BIN/NOPB is a high performance, low noise, low power, rail-to-rail, voltage feedback instrumentation amplifier (IA). It is designed to provide low distortion, low noise and excellent video characteristics as well as low power consumption. The single-ended voltage feedback IA features combined unity-gain bandwidth and slew rate of 500MHz, a supply current of only 5mA and a power supply rejection (PSR) of 90dB at full gain. This makes the LM6134BIN/NOPB the ideal solution for high performance, portable, audio and video applications such as consumer audio systems, video recorders and video surveillance systems.The LM6134BIN/NOPB is designed to operate from a single 2.5V to 5.5V power supply using a novel architecture based on wide supply operational amplifier (op amp) and low drop-out linear regulator (LDO). This allows for optimal power performance, allowing the amplifier to remain in full operation at less than 100 mV across the supply voltage, delivering superior dynamic performance with low distortion and noise.The LM6134BIN/NOPB features a high-gain design approach with a gain-blocking resistor (GBS) and open loop gain (A V ) of unlimited in order to provide improved DC accuracy, high-bandwidth and low noise performance. The gain can be programmed using external resistors, factory-set internal resistor, or using external voltage reference. The design also includes internal output clamping and offset-voltage cancellation circuits for improved distortion performance and accurate gain setting, resulting in an excellent SNR (signal to noise ratio) performance of 90dB for full-scale operation.The low noise performance of LM6134BIN/NOPB also extends over a wide frequency range so that it can be used in applications requiring a wideband response and fast settling time. The high output swing of the amplifier allows it to be used in applications where high accuracy is required, such as with low level signals, while the low power consumption of the amplifier enables it to be used in portable applications where battery life is important.The LM6134BIN/NOPB is a versatile and cost-effective solution for audio, video, and instrumentation applications. With features designed to optimize its performance, the LM6134BIN/NOPB is a reliable, low noise amplifier suitable for a wide range of applications.
