Working Principle

The LMH2180SDX/NOPB works by accepting a single input clock signal, then buffers and shapes the signal, amplifying it and redistributing it to up to four outputs.The input buffer amplifies the clock input signal, buffers it and reduces signal jitter. The input clock is then synchronized with the data outputs. This helps reduce any noise or other unwanted signals on the clock line, ensuring that data is delivered reliably and quickly, with minimal jitter.Next, the clock signal is shaped and transmitted to up to 4 additional channels.
