The LMV712IDGSRG4 is an integrated differential amplifier primarily designed for instrumentation, OP amplifiers, buffer amplifiers, and other linear applications. It is a monolithic integrated circuit (IC) with one-dimensional industrial standard SMD package. As suggested by its "LMV" prefix, the IC has a voltage-variable gain-stage designed to operate with a high unity-gain differential voltage. As with all ICs, the LMV712IDGSRG4 offers high gain and low output noise, ideal for instrumentation applications.

The LMV712IDGSRG4 features a differential input design which allows the use of high and low level signals at the same time. The input can accept input signals surpassing the power supply voltage of ±15V. Output impedance is very low, allowing the output to drive a current up to a few milliamps without additional circuitry.
