The LNK6448E is a high performance Primary Side Regulated constant power offline switcher which combines a primary side controller, reset, a TRIAC dimmer interface, and SARC internally. This device uses primary side regulation to maintain power output without isolated feedback, thus eliminating the need for an optocoupler. During normal operation, the internal transformer boundary conduction zero-voltage detection and the associated compensation circuit is used to provide improved system efficiency.
