1、Application field

LP182M063E1P3 wet aluminum electrolytic capacitor is mainly used for smoothing and buffering in SMPS power supply, and used in communication power system, traffic control system, electrical control system, etc. LP182M063E1P3 wet aluminum electrolytic capacitor has good ripple current capacity and high electric field strength. It can be widely used in all kinds of electronic circuits, and has features of low loss and less frequency radiation.

2、Working principle

LP182M063E1P3 wet aluminum electrolytic capacitor works on the principle that aluminum surface deposits a layer of dielectric oxide film through anodizing process. After the formation of the film, it has a very large dielectric constant and allows the flow of current flowing through the capacitor. A pair of metal plates are inserted into a sealed vessel containing a liquid electrolyte (usually an aqueous solution of a boric acid or boric salt). The two metal plates become two electrodes. When an electric current is added, a charge appears on the two electrodes, and an electric field appears in the space between them. This creates a dielectric that separates the two electrodes, preventing current from passing through. The two metal plates can store energy when the electric field is applied.

In order to increase capacitance, the surface of the electrodes is covered with organic subsurface materials such as oxide films, etc. The dielectric constant of the oxide film is much higher than that of air, and the capacitance of the capacitor is thus increased. The wet aluminum electrolytic capacitor with capacitance of 100uF-1500uF can be directly connected in series. When the voltage requirement is higher, the capacitors in series can achieve the purpose of increasing the voltage.
