Working Principle
This series of instrumentation amplifiers uses an integrated structure, consisting of an FET/bipolar input stage, a differential amplifying stage and an output stage, to amplify the voltage signals. The signal passes through the three-stage circuit to reduce the input current noise and increase common-mode rejection.
The input stage of the amplifier consists of two differential inputs with two opposite channel MOS field effect transistors (MOSFETs). This special combination allows the amplifier to reject common-mode signal components while amplifying the differential signal components.
The second stage of the amplifier is a differential amplifier that amplifies the signal. This stage is composed of bipolar transistor differential amplifiers, which can amplify the signal while ensuring linear amplification.
