The LT1638CMS8#PBF is a high performance op amp designed specifically for instrumentation and linear applications. The LT1638CMS8#PBF is a low noise, high speed bipolar input amplifier with two independent low-noise, high-speed NPN bipolar outputs. The LT1638CMS8#PBF includes a 1.0μF capacitance on each output to improve the 1/f corner frequency and reduce settling times and offset voltage. The low-noise, unity-gain stable amplifier features a wide bandwidth of 120MHz, a gain bandwidth product of 120MHz, and a slew rate of 200V/μs. The LT1638CMS8#PBF has a low-impedance output stage for driving high capacitive loads and a 5 MHz unity-gain unity-bandwidth architecture. Additionally, the LT1638CMS8#PBF fully specified over the commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
The LT1638CMS8#PBF maximizes the performance of any precision-instrumentation and linear applications while reducing board space and electrical noise. Operating with a supply voltage of 5V and 4.5V, the LT1638CMS8#PBF offers excellent noise performance and very low supply current.
