The LT3481HDD is a dual-channel, 1A DC/DC synchronous, step-down switching regulator constant frequency current mode controller. It includes two outputs, each driving an enhancement-mode N-channel MOSFET at up to 1A. It features an internal compensation network and internal soft-start.
