Introduction

LT3501IFE#PBF is a monolithic, 4A unidirectional synchronous buck switching regulator from Linear Technology. It combines two internal MOSFETs and all the control circuitry necessary to regulate an input voltage as low as 3V down to 0.8V at up to 4A load. This integrated regulator can be operated in either pulse-width-modulated (PWM) or phase shifted mode for low noise operation and is capable of achieving high efficiency. It offers separate control for adjustment of the switching frequency and voltage regulation. Its built in OVP is useful in fault conditions. Working Principle

LT3501IFE#PBF is a unidirectional synchronous buck switching regulator. It consists of two high-speed MOSFETs and a control circuitry integrated into a single package.
